Artist package
The application deadline for artist packages is 10 April 2026.At POLARIS, an exhibition area will be set up specifically for artists in our Artist Alley. After the packages have been registered online, experienced advisors will decide on the selection and allocation of the available space. Each person may only apply for one artist package (4m² or 8m²).
Please select the ‘Artist Package’ in your online registration and enter the keyword ‘Artist Alley’ in the comments section.
Single table artist packages at a price of €185 plus VAT include:-1 table (HxWxD: 74x160x80cm)-2 chairs-Floor area 2m x 2m, including Auma fee (€0.60 per m²)-2 exhibitor badges
Double table artist packages at a price of €400 plus VAT include:-2 table (HxWxD: 74x160x80cm)-3 chairs-Floor area 4m x 2m, including Auma fee (€0.60 per m²)-3 exhibitor badges
Tablecloths, decorative elements, and other items are not provided and must be brought by exhibitors themselves. Exhibitor catering or exhibitor party tickets can be ordered online for a fee.
Participants must be at least 18 years old.Artists must primarily offer self-designed products, with fanart not predominant.AI-generated works may not be sold, and all products in the range, without exception, must be suitable for young people. The exhibition does not permit censorship of the products.
Confirmation of participation or rejection will be sent out in summer 2026. After receiving confirmation, withdrawal is possible. The costs for withdrawal are as follows:-Until 30 June 2026: free of charge-Until 1 September 2026: 50% of the stand rental fee-After that: 100% of the stand rental fee
