Indie package
No in-person participation is required, as the indie section is managed by our team. However, we encourage you to represent your game and engage with the players.
Important:The initial sign up is via our sign up form where we ask for an array of info regarding your game. The booths placements will be confirmed after 11 August 2025 and successful applicants will then be invited to proceed with the official booking via the Convention Center shop backend.
Indie packages at a price of €600, plus VAT, include:
-1 PC with 1 monitor and peripherals (mouse, keyboard, headphones)-1 exhibitor ticket-Power and basic cleaning-Print
Tablecloths, decorative elements, and other items are not provided and must be brought by exhibitors themselves. Exhibitor catering or exhibitor party tickets can be ordered online for a fee.
Participants must be at least 18 years old. All exhibited games will be reviewed for age rating. Games rated USK16+ or higher will unfortunately not be considered.
Confirmation of participation or cancellation will be sent from August 11, 2025.Cancellation is possible after receiving the confirmation. The following terms apply:-Until August 31, 2025: free of charge-Until September 16, 2025: 50 % of the package price-Afterwards: 100 % of the package price
