Our booth placement is expected to start in April, so please register for your stand space as soon as possible so that we can consider your desired placement!
You can choose from several options for your booth registration:

In addition to the low-cost m² packages or table packageslisted below , which enable optimal placement within our hall planning and already include the key elements for easy costing, we also offer space for custom planning. With a premium package, you will not only benefit from a customised stand solution with services tailored to your needs, but you will also receive integration into our popular POLARIS Convention App!
Would you like to develop your own stand concept with your team, separate from our packages? Then book your stand online "space only" and give your creativity free rein. Of course it ist possible to book additional services afterwards!

Booth registration

Table packages from 4m²

With an expandable table package, up to 10 4m² surfaces can be arranged side by side, with a stand depth of 2m in each case!
The price per package is €1,000, plus VAT.

Note:
Tablecloths, similar coverings, or decorative elements are not provided. Exhibitor catering or party tickets, as well as other furnishings, can be ordered for a fee from the Online Service Center (OSC).

The table package already includes:

  • 1 table (HxWxD: 74x160x80 cm)
  • 2 chairs
  • Booth size 4m² (standard 2x 2m), including Auma fee (0.60 EUR per m²)
  • 2m back wall
  • Electricity (1x 230V socket)
  • Exhibitor WiFi
  • including 2 exhibitor tickets

9m² package

Book the 9m² package for € 2.700 plus VAT.

  • Floor space 3m x 3m, incl. Auma fee (0.60€ per m²)
  • 3m rear wall + 2x 1m side walls made of system material (e.g. Octanorm or Kanya, colour: white or black, depending on placement)
  • 3kW power connection+ earthing+consumption with a socket
  • Basic cleaning + 60L garbage disposal
  • long arm spotlights
  • Carpet rips (color depending on placement)
  • 4 exhibitor passes

Book the 12m² package for € 3.500 plus VAT.
