Cosplay package
At POLARIS, an exhibition area will be specially designed for cosplayers in our Cosplay Area!The package is therefore aimed at all cosplayers who want to offer their community a meeting point or want to support their selfemployment by selling merchandise.Each person can only apply for one cosplay package (4m² each).
Cosplay packages at a price of €180, plus VAT, include:-1 table (HxWxD: 74x160x80cm)-2 chairs-Floor area 2m x 2m, including Auma fee (€0.60 per m²)-2 exhibitor badges
Tablecloths, decorative elements, and other items are not provided and must be brought by exhibitors themselves. Exhibitor catering or exhibitor party tickets can be ordered online for a fee.
Participants must be at least 18 years old.Artists must primarily offer self-designed products, with fanart not predominant.AI-generated works may not be sold, and all products in the range, without exception, must be suitable for young people. The exhibition does not permit censorship of the products.
Die Teilnahmebestätigung bzw. Absage wird Anfang Juli 2025 verschickt. Cancellation is possible after receiving the confirmation. The following terms apply:-Until June 23, 2025: free of charge-Until September 1, 2025: 50 % of the package price-Afterwards: 100 % of the package price
